- Desktop software license: delivering a digital FCA PROXI Tool license. Lifetime license is bound to one PC.

Public Offer (Terms of Service)
This is a public offer by the sole proprietor (FOP) Kolenko Vitalii Dmytrovych, Tax ID (RNOKPP) 3527014932 (the “Provider”), to provide digital services and digital licenses to the customer (“Customer”) via orders placed and paid on this website.

2. Ordering and payment
- By paying, the Customer accepts these Terms.
- The price displayed on the website is the final price. No extra acquiring fee is added.

- Online service output is delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
- License/access/activation data is delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

4. License rules (desktop software)
- One PC only. Resale/transfer/sharing across multiple PCs is prohibited.
- Activation may require a technical device identifier solely to bind and protect the license.

5. Responsibility
- The Customer is responsible for lawful use of the output and any actions performed with received files/data.
- The Provider is not liable for issues caused by incorrect input, misuse, third-party limitations, or the Customer’s environment.
